NVIDIA will deploy new mid-end GT200 series graphics to get more market share relying on high cost-effective from October to the first half of 2010.GeForce 210 will replace GeForce 9400 GT;while GeForce 210 will also takes the place of GeForce 9500 GT and GeForce 9600 GSO.As for mid/high-end market,NVIDIA is planning to launch GT240.
GT220 surpasses 9500 GT by means of better power consumption and cooling. However, reference GT220 only has 4 layers of PCB and features one phase for core and one phase for memory circuit design.
Today we learn that Yeston has designed one high frequency GT220,which comes with 6 layers of PCB and 3+1 phase power circuit design as well as 2000MHz GDDR3 memory.
